At Rovixo.in, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we offer a 14-day return policy from the date you receive your item. Here’s everything you need to know about returns, exchanges, and refunds:
To be eligible for a return:
Your item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.
You must provide an unboxing video for us to process your return. Without this, returns cannot be entertained.
You’ll need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
We offer free exchanges for wrong model issues. If you received the wrong product or model, let us know, and we’ll arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
For manufacturing faults or issues from our side: If there’s a defect or problem with the product, you can return it for a full refund via UPI after a quality check.
For other reasons: If you simply don’t like the item or have any other reason, you can still return it for an exchange or refund.
Refunds are processed and credited within 3 working days after the returned item passes our quality check.

If your return is accepted, we’ll arrange a reverse pickup for your convenience.
Note: If your pincode is unserviceable or the pickup fails, you’ll need to self-ship the item back to us.
